Religion: In 2021, the top religious group was Catholic, with about 488,930 persons representing 59.8% of the total population. The second group was Other Christians, with about 55,055 persons representing 6.7% of the total population. The population who declared no religion and secular perspectives numbered 240,945 persons, representing 29.5% of the total population.
