In 2011, Puslinch (Township) had a population of 7,029, representing a percentage change of 5.1% from 2006. This compares to the national average growth of 5.9%.

Land area is 214.61 square kilometres with a population density of 32.8 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the provincial land area of 908,607.67 square kilometres with a population density of 14.1 persons per square kilometre.
