In 2011, Amos (Ville) had a population of 12,671, representing a percentage change of 0.7% from 2006. This compares to the national average growth of 5.9%.

Land area is 430.67 square kilometres with a population density of 29.4 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the provincial land area of 1,356,547.02 square kilometres with a population density of 5.8 persons per square kilometre.

Amos, V – Non-official languages
