In 2011, Saint-Henri (Municipalité) had a population of 5,023, representing a percentage change of 22.7% from 2006. This compares to the national average growth of 5.9%.

Land area is 122.29 square kilometres with a population density of 41.1 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the provincial land area of 1,356,547.02 square kilometres with a population density of 5.8 persons per square kilometre.

In 2011, the percentage of the population aged 65 and over in Saint-Henri, MÉ was 12.2%, compared with a national percentage of 14.8%.
